Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of WackoWave OS (the "Platform"), operated by WackoWave Inc ("WackoWave", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

WackoWave OS is a staffing and hiring-intelligence platform that provides candidate sourcing, an ATS/CRM, document verification, talent scoring, and AI-assisted job matching and application submission for jobseekers and staffing consultants.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating a profile and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account, including actions your AI agent takes on your behalf once enabled. You must be legally eligible to work in the jurisdictions you apply to.

3. AI auto-apply

If you enable AI-assisted job matching and auto-apply, WackoWave will scan job postings and submit applications on your behalf using the profile, resume, and preferences you provide. WackoWave does not guarantee that any application will result in an interview, offer, or placement, and is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party job postings. You can pause or disable auto-apply at any time from your account.

4. Document verification

Verification checks (timeline integrity, credential consistency, and related signals) are provided as decision-support for recruiters and employers. They are not a guarantee of a candidate's qualifications, and WackoWave is not liable for hiring decisions made using this information.

5. Acceptable use

• No submission of false, fraudulent, or misleading profile, resume, or credential information.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing platform security or rate limits.
• No use of the Platform to harass, discriminate against, or misrepresent candidates or clients.

6. Intellectual property

WackoWave retains all rights to the Platform, its software, and its branding. You retain ownership of the content and documents you upload, and grant WackoWave a license to process and display that content as needed to operate the service (including sharing profiles with employers per your visibility settings).

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, WackoWave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including outcomes of job applications or hiring decisions.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
